What this site collects
This site has no contact forms, no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask you to type personal information into the site.
Information you give us by phone
When you call (860) 397-8103, you may give us your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem. We use it to dispatch a plumber, give you a price and follow up on the job. We share it with the plumber assigned to your call. We do not sell it.
Cookies and hosting
We do not set our own cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
Third-party services
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact and town pages embed Google Maps. When those load, Google and other third parties may receive your IP address and device details, and they may set their own cookies. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies.
If you email contact@expressplumberbloomfieldct.com, we read your message and use your address to reply. Please do not send payment card or government ID numbers by email.
